Jack Longman

Founder & Managing Director
Jack is the founder of Social Advantage, he serves as managing director and as Creative Director for the agency. Jack is musician, a marathon runner and a proud husband and father.

Darren Gosling

Account & Project Manager
Darren is the agency's project manager. Passionate about marketing and working with clients. He makes sure all accounts are run like clockwork and that briefs are fulfilled with accuracy.

Sarah Cheesman

Copywriter
Sarah is the "copy chief" of Social Advantage. She makes sure every single word that we put out is carefully crafted and aligned with our clients commercial objectives.

Demi Longman

Operations & People Coordinator
 Demi is responsible for the work that many people don’t see, but everybody feels. This includes making sure our processes are watertight, as well as all administrative, finance and HR duties.

Josh Carter

Creative Lead
Josh makes sure that each of our clients has stellar creative output for their campaigns. He is a skilled camera operator with a deep knowledge of how to create the very best ‘social first’ content. 

Jairah Baltazar

Graphic Designer
Jairah is our talented graphic designer, she is responsible for creating cohesive and visually engaging designs for our clients that represent them consistently across all digital platforms.
